Spring

Spring sets the text of the sixteenth century poet Thomas Nashe. The work alternates a refrain-like section that relies heavily on hocket techniques with contrasting verse sections. The work was a finalist in the Vancouver Chamber Choir's 2006 Young Composer's Competition.
